• Booth fees are non-refundable 30 days before the festival but are transferable to another vendor with approval.
• Vendors must carry general liability insurance naming the festival as additional insured.
• Food vendors are responsible for filing their own permit with the Dorchester County Health Department.
• Booths must remain staffed during listed festival hours.
• Load-in and load-out times will be sent with your booth-confirmation email 2 weeks before festival day.
• Breakdowns or sub-letting of booths is not permitted.
