Groove City
Culture Fest

This event is the heart and soul of the Cambridge community held annually on  the 3rd Saturday in August.  It is a family-friendly, cultural experience that includes performances by national and local recording artists, local youth and church organizations, visual art exhibit, health and wellness education, African-inspired goods and fashion, spoken word and delicious ethnic, local foods.  This event attracts a broad cross-section of age, socio-economic and ethnically diverse residents in Cambridge, MD and its surrounding areas as well as visiting tourists.

Youth & Family Programs

We offer cultural arts and educational program and workshops.  Painting, dancing and drumming, and DIY art challenges.

Additional programs will focus on today’s youth and young adults and how to transition them into tomorrow’s leaders by identifying their talents and passions to help guide them in choosing a career path. We are expanding our art program to engage older adults (Seniors) that will result in providing a sense of accomplishment, stimulate their focus, and improve memory and cognitive function.
