Groove City Culture Fest collects only the information you submit via our forms (name, email, phone, business details, and payment data processed by Stripe) to coordinate your vendor, performer, ticket, or sponsorship participation.

We do not sell your information. We use Stripe for payments and Resend for transactional email. We retain records for accounting and coordination purposes and honor deletion requests within 30 days.
