FAQ

Questions We Get a Lot.

When and where does the festival happen?+

Saturday, August 15, 2026 at Cornish Park in Cambridge, MD. Admission is free and the festival runs rain or shine.

Do I need a ticket?+

No — the whole festival is free. The street festival, food trucks, vendor market, and Community Stage are free and open to the public, and so is the Main Stage concert at Cornish Park. Main Stage capacity is capped at 1,000, so an RSVP holds your spot. A limited number of free VIP spots can be requested at RSVP.

Is the festival family-friendly?+

Yes, kids of all ages are welcome and Community Stage programming is designed with families in mind.

Is there free parking?+

Designated festival lots around Cornish Park. Shuttle service runs from downtown Cambridge on festival day.

Accessibility?+

Wheelchair-accessible viewing zones, ASL interpretation on Main Stage headliners, and accessible restrooms. Reach out for specific accommodations.

How do I volunteer?+

Email groovecityculturefest@gmail.com or use the form on this page. Volunteers get a festival wristband + merch.
